Setup needed

This copy of the app hasn't been connected to its Google Sheet backend yet. Whoever is setting this up for the meeting needs to:

1. Create a Google Sheet, open Extensions > Apps Script, and paste in the provided Code.gs backend script.
2. In Google Cloud Console, create an OAuth Client ID (Web application type) and set the Authorized JavaScript origin to wherever this page is hosted.
3. Paste that Client ID into both Code.gs (CLIENT_ID) and this file (GOOGLE_CLIENT_ID near the top of the script).
4. In Apps Script, Deploy > New deployment > Web app (Execute as: Me, Who has access: Anyone), and paste the resulting URL into this file's APPS_SCRIPT_URL constant.
5. In the same Apps Script project, add an HTML file named AppBundle and paste in the provided AppBundle.html contents, then create a new deployment version.
6. Save this file and re-host/re-upload it.
